This is awesome. Tried the barking collars with no luck but this device really works on our toy Poodle x bichon friese. Has definitely changed her barking at the TV when she sees other animals and stops her in her tracks when she here’s the next door dog bark and tries to join in. It really does make her take notice and stop to listen to your directions. Totally inaudible to the human ear. Best device for unwanted barking. Haven’t been in the situation to repel an aggressive dog yet. Yes I recommend but might not work for every dog. You can only try. Worth paying the cheap price to try!!

White Flashing light and red LED laser work, (but neither alters dog behaviour.) Ultrasound device does nothing to barking neighbour dog, also tried on more than 8 other random dogs encountered while walking in streets. ZERO effect noted! Also tried cats and birds with no indication that any animal tried could hear it. No reactions at all. Longest distance tried was about 3 metres, shortest less than 1 metre. Of interest is that I can actually hear a hi frequency sound coming from the device if I point it at my own human ear, surely ultrasound is supposed to not be able to be heard by a human being. This suggests that the sound is pitched too low, such that a human can hear it. Tried both settings, and focused the red dot onto the dog's heads/ears.
